To help us keep our room hire rates as affordable as possible, refreshments are offered as an optional add-on. Our packages are listed below:

Self-Serve Refreshment Facilities

£1.50 per person per half day / £2.50 per person per full day
Includes:

• Boiling water
• Cold drinking water
• Mugs and glasses
• Setup and clearing away
• Washing up and cleaning

Ideal for groups who prefer to bring their own tea, coffee, or refreshments.

Standard Refreshments

£3.20 per person per half day / £4.90 per person per full day
Includes everything in the Self-Serve package, plus:

• Tea and coffee
• Milk and sugar

Premium Refreshments

From £3.70 per person per half day / £5.40 per person per full day
Includes everything in the Standard package, plus:

• Biscuits

A Note for Our Guests

As a church-based conference centre, our room hire is subsidised to remain accessible to the community. By offering refreshments separately, we are able to keep our core prices low while covering the costs of utilities, equipment and staff time. We source our tea, coffee and biscuits from Kingdom Coffee, the UK’s leading supplier of Fairtrade and Ethical Tea & Coffee.
