You are very welcome to come to the HUB and view the rooms you are interested in, just give us a call so that we can check when they are free to view.
We have several small rooms you can book to use alongside a larger room.
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building.
Yes, to all rooms apart from Elm. There is a lift to all floors and there are disabled toilets on all levels.

To help us keep our room hire rates as affordable as possible, refreshments are offered as an optional add-on.

Built-in projectors or TV monitors for easy connection to your laptop are available in every room, excluding Elm.
We will set up the room for you in whichever configuration best suits your needs.
All rooms come with a flipchart as standard.
All rooms can be booked on a half day basis.

Bookings are considered provisional until a completed booking confirmation form is received and has been acknowledged in writing by HUB staff. Unless confirmed along with payment within 2 weeks, or the period advised by HUB staff, provisional bookings may be cancelled and the room(s) re-let without further notice.
Final details with numbers must be received no less than 7 days prior to arrival.
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing. Where there is a cancellation or reduction in numbers from those notified, and the Church is unable to re-let, the following charges will apply based on the date of notification:

The Church reserves the right to cancel bookings (with as much notice as possible) without reason. In the event of cancellation by the Church, all hiring fees paid by the Hirer will be refunded and there shall be no further claim arising.
We do not offer internal catering packages. However, there are several local businesses that provide catering for meetings and conferences. While we cannot directly recommend a specific provider, we would be happy to share a list of local suppliers with you. Please let us know at the time of booking if you would like this information.
